p e a c e FIRE – Mystic Body
Release Date: 06/03/2013
We are very proud to welcome back p e a c e FIRE for his second release on Sunlinxx Records. Entitled “Mystic Body”, his newest work is an exploration of harmony, color, and most of all power.
As in most of his works there is nothing forced about the way his music evolves, yet most it is written in a style well outside electronic music conventions.
You will feel the climax, hear the peak, be transported along a beautiful story arc, but never will there be a forced attempt to hammer home the hook.
In other words, p e a c e FIRE writes outstanding linear compositions, creates geometrical shapes of triumphant chord progressions, and knows how to write melodies that sing.
The release is accompanied by a super relaxed, futuristic R’n B interoperation by Hemingway. The remix manages to be both a breezy and criminally hard grooving rendition of the original.
Keenhouse delivers a mystic reinterpretation, combining classical piano and dark electronic landscapes. Approaching the original from a somewhat ghostly angle, his interpretation is a slow, and guilty journey into the abyss.
Go n Deep’s version is a DJ friendly remix that will fit perfectly in any Deep House or Downtempo set. With just a tiny hint of “caliente”, Go n Deep’s remix breathes, envelopes , ebbs and flows. hypnotizes you.
“Mystic Body” will be available on June 3, 2013 in all digital stores.
In his own words, p e a c e FIRE sees himself as a bridge. Harmonizing ideas that appear separate, in paradox, and in contradiction. To p e a c e FIRE sound and color are one experience. It is that what some might call a universal language. Music merely being one slice, one manifestation of the same thing.

p e a c e FIRE – Death by English
Release Date February 5, 2013
Tokyo-based p e a c e FIRE writes intricate electronic music which showcases his talent to balance interesting sonic qualities with well-thought-out composition.
A feat that often is a ‘either-or’ in the world of electronic dance music. In fact, it seems that p e a c e FIRE listens so closely to his environment and influences that, as is often the case with honest musical expression, his music could bear a label but might as well completely speak for itself.
In his own words p e a c e FIRE sees himself as a bridge. Harmonizing ideas that appear separate, in paradox, and in contradiction.
To p e a c e FIRE sound and color are one experience. It is that what some might call a universal language. Music merely being one slice, one manifestation of the same thing.
It then comes as no surprise that p e a c e FIRE is somewhat of a renaissance-man.
For his latest release ‘Death by English’ p e a c e FIRE did not only produce the music but all visuals as well. It should be seen as a complete work of art, a complete expression of what p e a c e FIRE stands for. But instead of giving you more adjectives and analogies we give you ‘Death by English’:
Out now on Sunlinxx Records:
alloapm – Gorilla Slighly (Single + Remixes)
alloapm is the creative outlet of Malc Yacob and Amelie Mirror Adnis hailing from Tokyo, Japan. Both producers in their own right, the two of them have independently released music in the past.
Some might remember the name Laserboy, Yakob’s former moniker, who released a row of 12′ of singles and remixes on the eclectic Serotonin Imprint (Fisherspooner, BPMF, John Selway) before forming alloapm.
Having played in various clubs in Tokyo, alloapm have quickly proven themselves as a solid duo both live and in the studio, delivering a unique blend of synthified dance music and futuristic interpretations of melody.
Their style is a uniquely retro-infused synth collage which often features lines of hard vocoded top-lines, locked-in bass grooves and beautiful synth harmonies that make for a fresh take on disco music.
‘Gorilla Slighly‘ is their first single on Sunlinxx Records and sets a great example of their strangely catchy and colorful productions.
It is a sweetly nostalgic slow disco number that equally draws up a picture of humid summer days in the busy streets of Shibuya and remote daydreams of beaches and crystal clear skies.
The EP is accompanied by remixes from Keenhouse, Rhythm Droid andAbelard.
